Salad Lover's Dressing

Make it Fun!
Put the salad and dressing in a big Ziploc bag and ask your little chef to shake it up!

Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients:

3 tbsp. (45 ml) olive oil

2 tbsp. (30 ml) lemon juice

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp. (5 ml) ground cumin

2 tbsp. (30 ml) fresh parsley, chopped

~ 4 cups (1 L) fresh veggies
How To:

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, parsley, together in a bowl until dressing is smooth.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. For a satisfying lunch, try a combination of shredded carrot, chickpeas, grape tomatoes, and cucumber.
For Leftovers...
Make a marinade for grilled chicken and steak with the leftover dressing! The flavour will be out of this world!
